William (Will) Schaier

William (Will) Schaier is an associate attorney supporting the firm’s civil litigation, criminal law, and employment law practices.

Mr. Schaier earned his Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School in 2025. During law school, he served as a member of the William & Mary Law School Alternative Dispute Resolution Team, where he was elected Treasurer during the 2023-24 school year, and was a staff member on the William & Mary Journal of Race, Gender, and Social Justice.

Prior to law school, Mr. Schaier received his undergraduate degree in Finance from Virginia Tech, graduating in 2021.

During the summer following his second year of law school, Mr. Schaier served as a Law Clerk for the D.C. Department of Buildings, Office of the General Counsel, where he successfully argued cases on behalf of the government in the D.C. Office of Administrative Hearings, conducted case law research, and prepared briefs in support of upcoming trials.

From 2025 to 2026, Mr. Schaier served as a law clerk to the Honorable James A. Willett and the Honorable William E. Jarvis of the Prince William County Circuit Court.
