Emily Nerino is a senior associate in the firm’s Family Law Practice Group, where she brings her extensive knowledge and compassionate approach to addressing the legal needs of families and individuals. Dedicated to her clients, Emily provides solutions in family law and domestic relations matters as a strong and trusted advocate, handling every case with discretion, sensitivity, and professionalism.

With a deep understanding of the emotional and legal complexities that arise in family law matters, Emily works closely with clients to navigate divorce, child custody proceedings, and other challenging domestic relations matters. She is committed to delivering results with empathy, ensuring that her clients feel supported and heard throughout the legal process. Her practice encompasses a wide range of family law issues, including child custody and visitation, child support, spousal support and alimony, equitable distribution of property, and the drafting and negotiation of prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
